How Do You Approach Making Conversational AI Easier?
Raza's conversational AI scale goes from one to five. Level four is where the assistant doesn't really understand what it is that they need, and the digital assistant's job is to help them figure that out. It's obviously doable with other technology, but you would have a bit of a mission to stitch together the relationships between these different scenarios. You'd have to do a whole bunch of different scenario map and it would get very complex, very hard to manage.
