I didn't want to do butter chicken or like... Of course, we had this doll that my mother makes on a mara. Which gets cooked for like 8-9 hours. That was one contender in that menu. But then I just like thought maybe I should like go perhaps even further back. And then I was researching about this Harissa. This is Amritsari Harissa. You don't get it in Amritsar anymore. It's called Lahore Harissa now but originally it was called Amritsri Harissa. Right? So what's the difference between, let's say, Haris, Halim and Lahore... Now Lahore Har Melissa
