A Good Starting Point for a Push Up

i think a good starting point would be to work on your breathing mechanisms and going into some basic plank positions. And then finally, i'd say if you get onto your back and you do just a traditional gloot a extension type of movement, that is just an overall posterior chain movement for your corps. I'm really like to start off with more strong breathing mechanism, especially in the chest or lower abdominal muscles. Because  a lot of people are actually used to being one breathers over another. So when you're doing something as simple as a push up, we really want to make sure that we've focused on those things first.
