Is Fasting a Good Option for Weight Loss?

Fasting has a lot of physiological benefits, but also functional outcomes. The vast majority of any benefits simply due to calory restriction. If someone is habitual undereade and there's a potential there that they ought to regulate their energy and take down even further, then they are going to become more energy deficient. And so i don't think we can apply fasting universally when some people are going to be habitual under eaters.
