There are people, ye who here, maybe even the conclusion, not reading kind of the entire paper. Maybe they just read some sort of conclusion from your paper and be like our like, it doesn't seem that you need to train o failure for hyerges. And so we kind hof had that almost a blessig in disguise, where we've just gone in and worked hard. We're not really concerned about how things play out in just one set. It's more so the combination of sets over the course of a whole workout.
