The Importance of Belief in Pilates
When you talk to people who do Pilates consistently and teach Pilates, like obviously there's going to be some very strong positive opinions about Pilates because it's what they love doing in a few minutes. So that's just something to keep in mind that there is a survivor bias in all of these thoughts. If you experience Pilates in the realm of physical therapy and maybe your physical therapist has a reformer and you are using the reformer in the context of recovery, you are going to have this belief and this isn't a bad thing.
