The Onboarding Experience With a Rivian
When I bought my Tesla, they wouldn't let me out of there without like a one-hour orientation. There's all kinds of weird shit in that car if you come from like a regular car to a Tesla. The Rivian has given me a person like a concierge right that I can be I can contact if I have questions and every now and then they stopped that during covid no it was like that that maybe yeah it was like a vending machine it was kind of like a vending Machine like no which I don't mind eight years.
