Today, we are joined by David Hatt - Online Coach and Founder of MTN Coaching.

We delve into David's journey from working in IKEA to building his 1-2-1 Personal Training Business in a large commercial gym. Importantly, David shares how he grew his client base including his approach to marketing as well as what a working day actually looks like to scale a PT business.

After that, David tells us about his year living in Dubai and how we started to make his income online alongside the boat parties and brunches. 

On his return, the really serious focus started on becoming the founder of the leading Online fitness business in Scotland. We explore the principles behind the business, how it has expanded up to 8 coaches, and the different product offerings within this.

There is so much in this episode to take for any business owner and the lessons are transferrable into the corporate space too, especially around investment in self development and coaching from those who are further down the road that you want to go on.
