How Do You Determine the Rest of Your Zones?
Shantel: So the reason why we want to start with this test is like I said, if we if we're looking to improve something, we have to have some measurement tools. For setting our aerobic threshold as our benchmark, and that's going to determine that the top of zone two. And then obviously if we look at, you know, that's a palathlete, we use four zones. We'll follow up on that in a future episode when we talk about setting the anaerobic threshold and looking at the difference.
