How Many Times a Week to Train a Body Part?
The tenets that you really want to focus on is getting enough volume in, but don't go crazy. Just because you know that six sets per body part will maximize hypertrophy doesn't mean you should be doing six sets for every body part three times a week. If you're a beginner or intermediate, you just don't need that much. I would recommend increasing your set number incrementally.
