Because if the talent's out there and you're a great place to work across cultures, then you're going to have across cultural environment," she says. "Can everybody feel like, no, this is mine? That's the visceril feeling that you're trying to get to." She asks: Are we really spending time with leaders who have already been through it? And are they having real, authentic conversations?"
