When somebody is resistant to learning, when they just don't bring it, i no longer feel the need that i have to go work with that person and push them. I'm just like a coach whos like, you know what? You showed up late for practice. A got there, got a point, basically. That's the way i look at it. Now, if i was running a ten thousand personal organization, i would have to have a different approach to my management style....
