Eating cooked vegetables over raw vegetables can be easier to digest. Having a regular eating schedule can help with gastric motility. Drinking more water throughout the day is heavily underestimated and a lot of people don't do it. It's not none of these are going to cure your gut health if you genuinely have an underlying disease. But there's still easy points of entry that can make your life a little bit better.
