Chronic Stress and Negativity

You're not supposed to be positive all the time. The issue is when those negative emotions, or the cry, becomes chronic. It becomes chronic when you're easily triggerable. I was supersad. Oh gosh, just go on social media. You'll do a bunch of posts and you'll never hear from someone. But you'll put up something, i'll wrigt something controversial, and they'll comment on it. That's the negativity bias at work. Maybe you're that person, or you've been that person. And certainly i'm trying my best.
