How to Use Data to Improve Patient Experience

The NHS is going to have a big repository of data. We've got some links with the regional universities and we're working on two projects but they're mainly staff facing. I think it's always being mindful that no matter what solution you start to deploy digital data and an excellent there's always a personal touch that you're not leaving people behind.
