Recruiting the Right Partner

I'm already hearing through how you're describing it that you guys were very deliberate. I mean, obviously you coming from an in house consulting side, you knew part of how this works. So you seem to be or have been very deliberate in how you picked a partner. Can you maybe let's presume I work in a consultancy and we are thinking about building the ecosystem. And you like what would you look for or when is what makes it what makes a partner a good partner in your view? Maybe we should go with like, then you will not take them as a partner, perhaps. Good partners. What are the red flags? Yeah.
