i think this is the single most important piece e for me, anyways. Is it you tune into what it is your body needs. I tried one without any meat, and i realized my energy was low. When i went back to eat a certain amount of meat, my energy bounced back. It's difficult to push against the external messages, but do the thing that you know works.
