How Nike Sponsored Athletes Have Impacted Their Careers
In your first 90 days of pole vaulting, at the first meet you ever went to, you broke the meat record. So you were kind of destined for greatness from the moment that you began. I wanted my career to be about interaction with people and elevating people to be at their best potential in life. You can't pay somebody $100 million and then completely change your life unless you're consistent about it. It was one of those things. Like I am so proud to be a Nike athlete.
