The Transformation Programme
I'm 36 years old. Six foota two, forty five a hundred, 11 kilos and have a hard time losing the fluff around the mid section. I guess my question is more looking for suggestion on keeping training in my life without causing tension in the household. You'll notice a lot of my programmes that are still i use to day. The genesis comes from theid 19 nineties. And the reason is i had the same issues the transformation programme, which is about 15 minute work ut a danjohn university, go to transformation programme.
