It's just a matter of doing it, putting into practice and thinking about it. I would also recommend that you could do a breath holds with regularity. Tape your mouth at night is another thing, like really making sure that you're nose breathing. And we can get into some of the other values of that. But as you're walking between some distance, maybe, say, two phone poles or some amount of trees, do a long exhalation out through the nose.
