Sally Kohn: Government has tried to impose a tax on sugary products like soda, and the industry has fought it tooth and nail. She says litigation can help level the playing field for people in the world of litigation. Kohn: There are now attorneys who are looking at doing the same thing with big food. We're beginning to see real solid scientific evidence that these products are not our fault, she says.
