CrossFit's No Reps

CrossFit does not offer that level of clarity or transparency. I can't go back and review my video and figure out which reps correct referring to. And he hears the big kicker, I had to mute the video because of copyright infringement issues. When you're moving that fast, they probably can't get a signal that no, that was a real real rep.
