I don't think the back squat is the answer to all questions like many people do. When people bulk up, they tend to very often just fat and up. Most of the way you lose in these drugs is lean body mass, not fat. So I mean, if you're taking these pills, good for you. But it would be nice that 39.5 of those pounds would be lean body mass but that's just not what happens.
