The Importance of Rest in CrossFit Training
In the Ironman years, honestly, most of the serious injuries were from bike crashes. I tore my MCL just on like a routine box jump and it was so broken down from doing way too much volume. To get where I'm at now in CrossFit, I had to back off a lot on the volume. And you have to also like reduce the volume a lot in order to get stronger or in order toget more anaerobically fit.
