CPD - How to Approach CPD in the Department
Pick a manipulative and pick a topic. If you're going to do prime factor tiles, for example, that's going to be a manipulative choice. And then really drill down on a couple of topics that you want to do with that. I think if you're doing it with the department, yeah, really drill down. But when it comes to the nitty gritty, you need more of a structured plan.
