The Importance of Eating for Your Energy Type
I noticed that the times I feel most like chilling out is actually right after my cycle is finished. And again, I don't know if that necessarily lines up with the time you're supposed to have more energy in your cycle. It just happened to line up that way. But like working out wise even too. I feel like I'm so much easier on myself. Like always after I finish my cycle. I'm like so into like being more energetic and working out harder. The days when I feel like working out harder are now predictable by my cycle. Your period. No way. Yeah.
