Meditation and Indecision
The impulse of indecision makes us want to ot do anything, and how easy it is to want to remain there without having to make a choice. We simply become aware when it arises, we notice it, we observe, and we try to not stay stuck in it. Ad if this takes place while meditating, just go back to observing the breath, observing the physical sensations of sitting there. You can back up, back up and observe. Ok, here's the fork in the road. Hear the decisions. Ah, so that's kind of what happens with indecision. It also prevents us from just getting up and going and doing something else and being productive at that.
