Vitamin B12 Supplements - What You Need to Know

Folic acid is way better absorbed from a pill than from food or the bioavailability from protein from protein powder is higher than from whole grains which is not necessarily always good. You want to find a supplement that is in the right proportion so i'm not a huge fan of giving people like once a week 2000 micrograms of vitamin b12 but maybe split the dosage on of two occasions a day and make the dosage way lower. If you are on a vegan diet in canada or america you don't really have to care about selenium at all if you are in germany austria switzerland and many other countries you will have to worry because 100 grams of whole grains
