Pull Push Ups - 30 Is a Good Number

30 is a very reasonable number to attain. You don't need to do a whole lot to get to 30 push ups, you know, again, in my training, I rarely go above 10 to 20 push ups at a time. It's about having that functional integration, good healthy strong range of motion and keeping everything together moving as a unit. A double body weight deadlift for being honest about body comp is very reasonable. And if you train that consistently and push the intensity in a reasonable way, you will get to that double bodyweight deadlift in a reasonable amount of time.
