The Negatives of Low Training Volumes

The training status of the participants there is particularly relevant. Some interesting case studies looking at very well trained individuals going through D loads and things like that where there are some loss of either muscle size or potentially performance depending on the training phase. But for trained individuals I don't know if you can definitely maintain everything with very, very low training volumes. There may be a small cost there that is worth bringing up but anecdotally I would still lean on what we kind of discussed earlier to say that for the most part.
