The Effects of Excentric Loading on Tendons

Copenhagen researchers tried eccentric loading of the tendons. The interesting thing was that this seemed to improve not just in the short term but also in the long run. So I think, I mean I don't know if sticking a fork in tendons is counterintuitive... But sometimes you need to do something that's maybe a bit counterintuitive.
