How Much Time Should You Dedicate to Resilience Training?
How much time do you think that people should be dedicating to this particular type of training per week or exposures over a course of time? Because let's say you do an ACL, probably one of the worst injuries you can possibly do. It's not really going to affect your lifelong term but it potentially will with certain things later on down the track. The incidences of concussions far higher than an ACL. And I guess the effects for a team, if you've got three blokes out now for 11 day periods rolling, that not only affects your short term structure of the team, but probably more of a longer term as well and try to fill in these positions.
