How to Lose Points of Contact in the Foam Roller Bridge
The reason people are losing points of contact is they're trying to push into the inside of the foot. When we stand up and walk and run and jump our most amount of push at least comes from more of the inside so a shoe will be more beneficial in my opinion there again.
