The first thing you need to have is the mental centeredness not to freak out. The next thing is some physical capacities either to be able to pick that 300 pound tree off of your buddy. And I kind of added on that, you know, you can't freak out type thing mentally. That's what we're trying to build with the com train is physically capable and mentally unshakeable athletes.
