I think it's important to teach our athletes that they need to have more in their life going on than just the jujitsu. It allows you to live a more balanced life. You're not doing the same thing all the time. You can take some time off and go do other stuff. And I think that that's something that we often don't prepare our jujitsu athletes and coaches for, which is to diversify their life a little bit better."
