The former president of Starbucks, Howard Behar, shared a story about Jim. He visited his local Starbucks daily and ordered the same thing each time. One day he didn't come in and they were perplexed because it was afternoon. They went back and poured out the coffee and threw away the blueberry muffin. The next day their daughter came into Starbucks to ask if she could have her dad's funeral there so that everyone could honor him.
