As an indie brand you kind of do everything from the very beginning yourself so we wore so many hats and maybe hats that we didn't even know how to wear. Maryam is impressively creative as all of you know she also makes you make decisions really quickly i like to take a little bit more time with the decision. We're growing slowly but because we grow so slow we're so conscious of who those hires are.
