There is a relationship between sleep consistency and slow wave sleep and REM sleep. People who have the highest sleep consistency were adding an extra 36 minutes of REM sleep per night. If you're constantly getting woken up, you're going to spend more time in light sleep. It's worth looking into things like black out curtains and white noise machines.
