The Pain of Not Getting Consults

I did 30 consults my first year so I didn't get a lot of consults that wasn't my experience. In 2k we have half and half right we have people that have their super action takers they'll get tons of consoles, then you have people that'll get like one every two months right? It's just different everybody's different some people will have way more consults and then some people will having less than others.
