Mountain Biking and Pulling Motions
Mountain biking is a full body sport so focusing on pushing movements and pulling movements are very important. Pulling motions like well pull-ups are really hard for most people but we modify with assisted pull-ups or ring rows, banded movements or bent over rows. The question that's on my mind is of course a selfish one and that is for someone who has started trying to do this a little bit later in life i'm in my fifties some you know some of the motions that i see are really difficult to do.
