I've seen people of widely varying personality types or traits succeed at the exact same job. And so I think when it comes to strategy, I think you can have again, in that case, different traits. The gentleman that she was most closely aligned to was on the work smarter program. He was very targeted with his accounts. He did a lot of research. He only wanted to talk to certain people. Because again, who you're talking to and the technicality of the product that you're selling all come into play.
