Are You Having a Turn Taking Conversation?

Whether or not we feel empowered to speak say something about who we think we are. Not every one feels like the world is made for them. But be clear, everyone has the power to speak. Whoever speaks first anchors everything else that happens. It's totally tied up in who we are as a person. Our sense of power and dignity is as human beings, is non trivial. And it's also important because i believe everyone does have a voice that's worth hearing.
