i've been very happy to recommend it myself as well, just best on what about what i've experienced from it and from using it. So there are many different ideas that are, you know, fantastic andyou no, eye opening, illuminating. The most profound and the most deep is the idea of premeditation of adversity. And this idea that when we actually turn towards our anxiety, we actually look at it and face it, believe it or not, it can actually make the anxiety diminish.
