But if on want to be happy, mymaybe i'm a professional athlete, and ther self compassion is starting to take off among athletes. You know that your worthiness isn't contingent on success or failure. I will still love you. You'll still be worthy. Ou now, i won't hate you if you lose. And in combination, they're much more effective than saying, you'd better do better or i'll kick your ass - which has lots of negative side effects.
