Today I am answering a question from a newsletter subscriber.
Alexine asks: How do you check in with yourself before making a major move to check it's not "grass is greener" syndrome?
She shares: “We are looking to do a big move to the UK from Canada, and we do genuinely believe it's the right situation for us and our family. However, how do we check in with ourselves first and make sure we're not "chasing happiness.””
The heart of this question - “how do I make sure this is not just a case of thinking the grass is greener on the other side?” is something that most people contemplating a big life change (or a small one!) worry about.
I share four categories that tend to make my clients afraid of trusting what they want, and then leads them to question if they are experiencing ”grass is greener” syndrome.
Hopefully this provides Alexine, and anyone making life decisions, some helpful ways to consider the options for the best outcome.
