The Power of Breathing

When you have disautonomia, your autonomic nervous system is kind of wonky. And it just doesn't really function that well - all these different processes are misfiring in different ways. So the first thing I did was basically retrain myself to breathe. That then obviously fixed my breathing issues or a lot of them and also helped with the heart palpitations as well. Then once I had actually kind of fixed my breathing pattern, I was then able to use the kind of power of the breath to then influence what I've had by this point started to understand.
