A lot of research leaders I've talked to say that basically, like it's also the, a lot of their work is about bridge. And you can add other like trade-offs to it too. Like some people said, this resonates so much, but I don't want to be the glue person anymore. You know, my natural instincts as a researcher was also like empathy and glue and shared understanding. So that resonates a lot.
