When i've pushed the pushing, especially too much, you know, like thers am, that's certain strangest in the interior delt. And around that connection with the peck as well, that just really, really tightens up. So, i think that's one of the main messages rit to take away. The more trained you get, the more exercise you can fit in because the not specific muscle groups your training gets to rest more when you're not training them.
