Creatine and the Effects of Exercise on Muscle Growth
As we get older, we have a blunt response to weight training. We need to do more instead of telling the population to do less because you're going to hurt yourself. And then we also have a blunt responded to protein. So just like protein is larger, we think maybe the dose of creatine needs to be larger.
