How to Transition to a Low Carb Diet

When it relates to carbs and lowering our carbs, naturally the carnivore diet comes to mind. How do you feel about that? Totally fine with it. It will almost certainly be ketogenic, unless you're eating a ton of liver,. There's quite a bit of glycogen and liver, a little bit in muscle. So I think there are certainly some tremendous benefits. But then you also have to weigh cost. By the way, on the vegan side of it, there's a plant-based vegan. He's like really, really caught the big carnivore council guy.
